It really depends on you. If you're satisfied with the results after one bottle, maybe go for another. However, like all stimulant based thermogenics/fat burners, I think your body will eventually adopt to these substances. For some people this is the time they up the dosages. In my opinion, this is not really necessarry. For one, "cutting down" or maintaining low levels of bodyfat is not really a realistic lifestyle all year round. If you have steady results after one bottle, maybe go for another bottle (here I assume that one bottle will be a month's supply). After that just maintain your diet and workout intensity then I think you'd be a-ok. Please take note though not to take thermogenics like hydroxycut and clenbuterol together. I've tried it before and I felt sick. I suggest you follow the 2 weeks on clen, 2 weeks thermogenics (hydroxycut) for 3 cycles (months). Hope you can update us of your progress.

it really depends on you, although i would suggest that when you finish a bottle, try to rest your body for at least a week so that it wont get used to the formula, at least that was also suggested to me before i would start taking a new fat burner

for two days i've been taking ephedrine hcl the results are:

 

blood pressure before- systolic 130-135, diastolic 80-85, heart rate 58-60

after taking it- systolic 158, distolic 95, heart rate 98

 

the results are obviously hypertension and elevated heart(tachydardia) and in addition i cant sleep.

and these are the items that i can monitor what about other things that i dont know of, be careful with this stuff.

If I'm not mistaken, the last ephedrine based supplement that I took was the original Xenadrine-RFA formula. Directions of taking was 2 capsules per serving 2 times a day and not to exceed 6 caps a day. This was some time in 2002 I think. My weight initially then was I think aroung 180-190 lbs. I only took 1 capsule in the morning and 1 cap after lunch for the first month and 2 in the morning and 2 after lunch on the 3nd month. After the cycle I think my weight was 165-168. I look really flat. Actually with the weight I loss, i also lose a lot of muscle mass. Back then I wasn't too consistent with my diet too. When you're taking ephedra, your appetite is on the low side. Nevertheless, I was able to see the lines of my abs :cool:

i'm abroad! another thing with ephedrine is it took me a lot of time to cum, like 45. mins.

ephedrine has no place in your supplement arsenal if you have problems with hypertension. You'll regret it if you do it...
