coldfussion Posted November 15, 2005 Share Posted November 15, 2005 siguro tol depende rin yan sa job experience mo...kung galing ka na sa outsource ng dell dati dito...kami nga kahit alam naming malaki bigay ng dell di kami makalipat kasi up to now we still work one of thier outsource here in manila... I was with one of their Outsource sites reach a pretty good level however, there are a lot of gray areas in their policies that can expose you to a lot of liabilities and leave your stats in jeopardy. BTW, fighting over rates will get you no where because it will always be variable and depend on your bargaining abilities. IMO Quote Link to comment
