In terms of graphics RE4 remake was good pero in terms of story quality I prefer the original.

RE4 Remake improves on everything the original did, saying it's better is just nostalgia kicking in.

How capcom is going with the resident evil series, we got RE5 remake coming soon and hopefully they make same improvements like in RE 4 remake. Also it is very hard to judge both original and remake since they both are good and both have limitations.
