You can always do due diligence confirm with Philippine Contractors Accreditation Boadd if the contractor has a license/accredited to go into contracting construction works they have a website where you can verify the supposed contractor

hi masters,

question regarding issuance of certificate of finality and writ of execution.

i would like to know anu pued gawin in this situation, 

kasi august first week pa nilabas ng court ung order na granted na both documents, ung defense nagfile ng pleading kaso denied ulit. so i made a follow up personally oct and up to now wala pa din, ganon din gawa ng atty namin, follow up but still sabi lang ng court staff they will update kung meron na.

anu pa pued gawin para gawan na kasi matagal na pending.

Kapag nagbenta po ba ng real property.

Damay ba ung wife mam B sa tax need pa ba bir tin ni mam B?  And Or need pa ba signature ni mam B when the transfer before involved only Mr A?

Ok na masters meron na pala since aug, di kami binigyan Ng court Ng copy kahit nagfollow up kami.

Meron kaming matagal na Kaso before, nagkaron Ng decision some time 2001-2003. Final and executory. Kaso di inasikaso Ng atty Kasi di daw nya alam sino and saan sisingilin.

Ung decision states something like this

Kami ung rightful owner as second intervenor

Tapos merong mga penalties 

And ung reversion Ng govt sa lote ay denied.

 

So ang question is kung ang habol lang namin ay ung 

Rightful onwership and reversion denied.

1.Ok lang ba na di nailakad na ung EXECUTION step?

 

Kasi naglapsed na din ung 10 year para buhayin

Nagtanong Kasi Ako sa RTC branch na may hawak nun. Di daw need execute kung ownership daw Kasi Wala daw gagawin dun?

2. Meron pa ba bisa ung decision kahit walang execution on the ownership decision?

hi anu pued gawin bukod sa pagkaso. sakaling merong illegal settlers sa lote. tapos among the illegal settlers merong nagbabayad ng amliyar ng owner, three years advance magbayad so di nauunahan ng owner. what can be done by the owner.

Residential house and lot or other residential dwellings with a selling price of ₱3.6 million or less are exempt from VAT.
