IMO, do it... quality overvalues quantity... consider that as a lopsided dirk for rashard trade... ...and besides, a couple of free agents could pick up the slack for caron (at least half of it - larry hughes when healthy, des mason, jamario moon (!), willie green, etc)... and dirk is dirk... rashard is glass... that's just me...
