Ako 5th lang.Kaya hindi na rin ako nag aksaya ng panahon?nde ganun bro. telfair was a Free Agent, it doesnt matter kung ano ang waiver priority mo. the waiver priority takes effect when there is NEWLY dropped player.. lahat ng dropped players stay on waivers for 2 (or 3) days, after this period pag walang nag "claim" sa kanya sa waivers magiging FA sya.. makikita mo ang mga players on waiver period, yung mga may date sa tabi ng name eg R Foye W (Nov 14)D Marshall W (Nov 16) ibig sabihin after Nov 14 at wala pa din kumukuha sa kanya, magiging FA sya.. pwede mo sya makuha sa FA pool na hindi magagamit ang waiver priority mo.. pero for example, 3 kayo nag claim sa kanya during the waiver period, the one with the highest waiver priority gets him.. that person then becomes 14th on the waiver priority list.. si marshall naman nasa waiver period upto nov 16.. and so on and so forth.. kapag naman ang katabi ng name ng player ay FA, you can pick him up anytime without losing waiver priority..
