I once witnessed 2 kids, arnd 10 or 11, torturing a stray kitten.  Grabbed both at the nape then bumped their heads together.  Isusumbong daw ako sa Tatay nila.  Good sabi ko.  ( hindi naman ganun kalakas yung paguntog ko,  child abuse pa rin I know.). Reported the incident to our barangay.  Don’t worry about it sagot ni XO.  Ended up adopting the kitten.  She is now around 5 years, fat, and very affectionate.  She is just one of 16 I rescued and spayed/neutered.

I just observed, the orange ones and the tabbies are very territorial and fierce. The black and white ones are more docile.  But all are affectionate.
