Filipino time. Growing up south, and I mean, Mindanao- traffic wasn't much of a problem.

Here? I can understand why, but it's also a matter of not going early enough.

My dad worked for a Japanese company for 20+ years and his office culture rubbed off on me growing up. This was reinforced working in Japanese companies for 5 years. Anything beyond 5 minutes before call time is late for me.
