Miss Zelda
Most of them ask for references to get a good job by having well known family friends vouching for them. Not thriving for excellence, always complain about work when you are just as lazy as the next pedro. Not being able to be independent, you ask for your parents advice then at the same time, resent them for treating you like a child. Always like to trail on shortcuts especially when it comes to Identification cards and government documents. Having more men coddled by their mothers while growing up end up becoming mama's boys and relatives tolerating their illicit affairs. Like while the wife is working in Quatar, he introduces his 'gf' to the family. Having a high sense of entitlement without doing anything to show their merits. All hot air and not following through commitments like school, work etc. Following brands. Filipinos are complete suckers for marketing even if they can't afford it, they looks ways in getting it to build up their image and bruised egos. Quote Link to comment
BMC
I think Filipinos are losing their values - such as respect for elders/ authority, empathy and sense of history. Â This problem is deep rooted and may take more than 2 generation to re-establish if we start now or we completely lose it. Quote Link to comment
