In fourth year high school I switched to 9. The last jersey number I had is 16 only because the person who was handling the uniform list forgot to write in my number and assumed I wanted 16. In football, it seems that many of the legendary quarterbacks hace worn #12 (Joe Namath, Roger Staubach, Bob Griese, Terry Bradshaw, Kenny Stabler, etc.). #32 has been worn by many of the great running backs (Jim Brown and that slug O.J.
