zakkwylde
It really doesn't matter what brand of guitar a person is using. Some people are Toyota drivers, some, Mitsubishi. But they all do the same thing. It is not the guitar which makes the music sound good, it is the person playing it that matters. Quote Link to comment
Brownman
Right on Zack....Van Halen can sure make a Lumanog sing Quote Link to comment
zakkwylde
Yeah, I'm sure. Given the opportunity, if you give Eddie Van Halen a crappy old lumanog I bet he can make that thing scream and yell its guts out. Quote Link to comment

zakkwylde
I did the scalloping myself. Sa pickups para sa single coil get Dimarzio or Hotrails are ok as long as you follow the potentiometer requirement and rthe correct wiring diagram. You get the sharp attack of a single coil combined with the punch of a humbucker and since there are two coils working at the same time the 60 cycle hum is eliminated. Quote Link to comment

zakkwylde
For the price of Seymour Duncans or Dimarzio. Mura lang. I got mine from ebay. Second hand na pero slightly used pa lang for just a small fraction of the brand new price. Check out www.guitarpartonline.com or www.guitarheads.net. If you are looking for affordable replacement parts pero top quality they have it. Pero I've tried their products, ok naman. I bought it for $20. Pumalpak, sobra lalim. It worked. Trial and error lang but it was worth it. Quote Link to comment

zakkwylde
If you know basic electronics and you know how to follow wiring diagrams you can probably install the pickups yourself. Quote Link to comment
