Nagtry ako ng Bago Sports Drink. Yung Rush na Fitness Water. Mas ok ata kaysa Gatorade.("ata" kasi ako pa lng ang nagsasabi). Habang nag-gym ako eh hindi ako inom ng inom ng tubig.

 

Ang ganiwa ko example nag-bench-press ako after ng 2set eh inom ako konti ng Rush tpos sa mga ibang exercise ganun din. So hinid nyo uubusin sa isang inuman.

 

After matapos lahat ng ginawa ko eh ok pakiradam ko. Pero tatry ko ulit kasi baka "placebo effect" ang nangyari.
