Best sports drink...hmm...

 

Before the game:

 

 

Red Bull - You need to jump start it but its so good. 20 pushups will do. Better if you can run for like a minute or take a long walk. Lasts long. The more work the better it gets. It will keep you pumped for like 4 hours or more. No headaches afterwards.

 

 

Drawback: You'll feel more weak if you don't jump start it.

 

May give you a hard time sleeping if you had other drinks with caffeine.

Extra Joss - according to my friend doctor, its instant vitamin C. Pumps you up when its chilled.

 

Draw back: The effect is instant but does not last that long. Max 2 hours

Drawback - you really need to sleep or rest after it wears off.
