gino_bili2005
I recently tried aktivade grape. Since then i've been addicted to it. Has anyone tried the other flavors? Quote Link to comment

dr_patgan
Yup mas mahal nga ang aktivade but other drinks is filled with so much sugar. I wouldnt pay less for sugar. Especially in a sports drink. Quote Link to comment

jumpman23
For some strange reason sports drinks or thirst quenchers don't work for me. They dry up my tongue and throat quickly. I just drink water during the game. Before the game, Extra-Joss; Gatorade after the game. Quote Link to comment

igol ays
don't know about being the best (and best for what, anyway?);but i drink gatorade and powerade Edited July 17, 2005 by eagleyes Quote Link to comment
masi
nothing bad about consuming sports drinks but they should be consumed after sweating profusely otherwise all those minerals, sodium etc. will be of no use or simply a more expense substitute for water. gatorade (blue/red/clear, i just forget the flavor names!) is my drink on a hot and humid day in the golf course or after a 5 kilometer run... but i top it up with alot of water too.
