sa dami ng players ngayon na naglalaro i suggest we reformat the present system na iniimplement natin..

 

1. hatiin natin sa teams yung mga players.. 6 or 7 members per team.. so if we have a total of 35 players then we would have around 6 t0 7 teams..

2. kapag may kulang yung isang team.. lets say 4 lang yung dumating dun sa team then they can be allowed to get from any other team na nandun na provided na same position nung player ang kukunin nila.. risk din naman nung team na kulang yung dumating yung pagkuha ng ibang players eh..

3. if we have these groupings we can very well start a basketball season.. tapos pagdating ng december we can rank the teams .. tapos playoffs na.. mini tournament na with refs..

4. having this system kasi will ensure that we will be able to play with other players from opposing teams..

5. we can also ensure that almost all teams will be given the chance to play equal number of games.. walang lamangan sa number of games.. except kung kulang kulang yung mga players ng isang team..

6. suggest ko rin na yung substitution of players be done sa half.. wala naman kasi maximum number of fouls sa mga games natin.. para sigurado na makakalaro lahat ng atleast half ng game...

7. ano pa ba? hmmm.. suggest lang kayo mga tol.. para this week we can finalize the rules and then we can experiment on this next week... atleast pag nag leave si boss meynard we'll have a working system na hindi na kailangang pang ipulis ni boss leonidas.. hehehehe

8. yung mga bagong players na gustong sumali.. maybe we can extend the line up to 8 players per team.. kumbaga sign up sila if they want to play tapos insert na lang sila sa mga teams.. pag sa susunod hindi sila magpakita eh di meron pa rin 7 regular members yung team..

9. leche ang haba na nito ah..

10. teka yung isang slot sa ateneo na.. yung isa sa lawson? pag di sila nagpakita mas maraming games dun sa ibang teams.. di ba? so ang pure WNC players 5 teams.. around 30(kung 6) to 35 (kung 7) players puede i accomodate..

11. suggestion sa hatian? dating kampi! hahahahahaha! joke lang.. puede rin mag draft.. pero dahil madalian na yung pagorganize nito i suggest na yung mga dating teams na nga lang din.. tapos mag trade na lang.. before tuesday..

Just a suggestion is it possible meynard to use some of the fund to purchase our FIRST AID kit (linimint,bandages,alcohol,peroxide,plasters), para during emergencies may gamit tayo. Yun ay kung papaya WNC group.
