Team Frenzy routs Pirates, sweeps four-team scrimmage games

 

Playing with more energy and lots of firepower, Team Frenzy pulled away in the second half to outplay guest team Pirates, 50-33, to emerge as the big winner in the Wednesday Night Club (WNC) four-team scrimmage games at the RFM gym last Wednesday night.

 

With big men Fake_Roxas and Kosakhy dominating the boards and hitting their shots and Pine consistently peppering the opposition's defense, Team Frenzy also welcomed the retrurn of Angryblood into their fold with a consistent offensive which was too much to handle for the Pirates late into the match to post a 2-0 record in scrimmage-type games where four teams participated and were assured two games in the three-hour, 15 minute period alloted to the WNC at the RFM gym.

 

Before facing the Pirates in the fourth game where the winner of the first two games face each other, Frenzy also got instant offense from Pizzapandesal, Chickvoi and Stonerockbato as they beat the Onslaught and Dwayne-led AA/DMC, 56-52, in the first matchup.
