Julianda
As long as napatatakan naman yun bago nawala - walang penalty, ang problema pagdating ng panahon na kailangan nang isurreneder iton - wala kang maipapakita. Declare mo na lang na lost and I think may forn na pe-fill-up-an ka para dyan. Just my thoughts. Quote Link to comment
b1gbeauty89
Tanong ko lang kung ano ang penalty pag incomplete ang mga books of accounts mo - ledger, cash, etc. iniwan kasi ng bookeeper namin.Hinahanap ng BIR yung mga books. All other papers - BIR monthly documents are in order naman. Ayaw ding ng BIR yung printout from excel file. Gusto nila nakasulat sa books. computer age na tayo pero gusto nila naka hand written pa ang mga entries. as fas as i know since we had a similar case meron compromise penalty of Php1,000.00 yun Sa books ganun talaga kailangan may sulat bawat libro kahit 5-10 entries lang ok na un unless you filed for an option to computerize your books of accounts yun iaaply mo yun sa BIR subject for approval din nila yun. Hope that helps kahit konti Quote Link to comment

This is only for the BIR. City Hall charges another penalty computed from the time of death until the title is transferred. If you plan to settle it legally then do it asap if not the taxes may overpass the value of the property. In which case, it is better to just leave it as is. You can still continue to use the property but you will not be able to sell it. Quote Link to comment

tma683
Did you report on your books the sale that you made abroad? anyways, pwede mo irecognize yung input mo just amend your vat return until na wala pang loa.. ang di lang pwede irecognize na input vat eh yung ang pag sale mo eh exempt sale.. perop mukhang zero rated sale kaya pwede otherwise you have the option to refund or credit it. thanks adrane888. sorry for my late response. tagal ko di nabisita ito. kala ko kasi wala na sasagot.nag file na ako ng vat refund. may loa na rin. pero just as i expected. mukhang aabutin nga ng 100 years bago ko malaman kung may makukuha ba ako o wala. yung mga documents kasi na ipinassed ko, ginawang pingpong ng bir. pinagpasapasahan. imagine yung kineclaim ko 2007 transaction pa, e 2009 na ngayon wala pa rin akong malinaw na sagot mula sa kanila. nag closed na nga yung company ko last month, dahil apektado din kami ng reccession. now i need money badly para maka recover. haaay.. ang gobyerno talaga, gusto kabig lang ng kabig! guest1979
Gud day sir, Tanong ko lang sana kung ano talaga ang right computation of the withholding tax... meron kz me 2 friends na same ang sahod 20,000.00 both are married with no qualified dependents, ung isa is more than 60 yrs. old so wala na sya deduction sa SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig while the other has deductions. I've talked to a CPA, she said that I don't need to deduct the SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig (Employee part Only) sa basic pay nya dahil obligation daw un ng employee. but per Alpha list and 1601-E form, SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth nakalagay sa non-taxable compensation which is also deductible sa basic salary nla... meron naman me kilala na hindi CPA pero nagsasabi na dapat ibabawas ung SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth....naguguluhan na me kung ano talaga ang sundin ko... Thanks for the reply, hope you can also gave me an sample computation. Quote Link to comment
