Normally I go to tipidpc and look for members/shops which sells the item I'm looking for. Then, i go contact that shop/member to proceed with my transaction.

 

I suggest if you buy from a shop, you go and visit the shop itself. It's better to know their location and get a good feel of how helpful/friendly the people/staff of that shop are.

 

I personally like DynaQuest PC. But there are a lot of shops with great offerings and staffs as well.
