Does anybody know how I can use my K750i as my modem or to connect my computer/laptop to the internet? Coz my friend is using his nokia for that and he gets charged P10 per 30 minutes. He is using a prepaid sim and i'm using a post paid sim (both smart). Anybody know the answer?

using your K750i as a modem is not recommended, you will be having a very slow connection

 

K750i has 2.5G (EDGE/GPRS) connection only

 

but if you want to try it, just download the Sony Ericsson PC Suite to your PC

 

use your USB or Bluetooth connection to link with your Phone

 

if you are using Linux much better, you don't need the PC Suite, just plug in your Phone to USB and voila you are connected

I have the PC suite installed in both my computer and laptop and both are not connecting so i guess there is some settings that i would need to set but i can't seem to find which one.

Uhmm, does anyone here know where SE's service centers are?

 

My phone isn't charging and whenever I try to plug in the charger, the screen shows "Error in charging, stop charging." :cry: It's a two-year old K800i.

i use 2 SE phones (k660i and g502) as 3g modem (smart).

both phones are hspa capable but when i use them i always get a gprs/2.5g connection.

even when the signal bar says hspa(H) on both phones, when i use them as 3g modem, i still get a 2.5g connection speed.

how can i make my connection speed faster? theres no option in the se pc suite for 3g/gprs connections and both my phones' 3g/mms/gprs settings are activated. ive used them 5 different pcs (3laptops and 2 desktops, all gprs speed)

help naman my G900 kase, it can detect wifi signals pero pagnagcoconnect kana nacoconnect pero lage napuputol, cannot locate remote host ganun lage pero connected naman siya dun sa wifi bakit kaya ganun help naman please...

I have the PC suite installed in both my computer and laptop and both are not connecting so i guess there is some settings that i would need to set but i can't seem to find which one.

 

i also have this problem.. it always disconnect ..i used the pcsuite dn..btw, im using P990i. anyone who knows how to solve this.. tulong naman po. tnx

Darn! :evil: I can't charge my almost 2 year old P1i unit!

Is this purely a battery problem lang kaya?...

Maybe it's a battery problem. Been using my P1i for almost a year and a half now and it's still working fine. Just a bit slower 'coz of the almost full memory.
