CHANCES ARE MAAGA NALOST YUNG MGA MILK TEETH NG ANAK MO KAYA NAGING DELAYED ERUPTION NG NGIPIN. SUPPOSED TO BE YUNG 4 FRONT TEETH NYA AY LUMABAS NA BY THIS TIME. THE DELAY CAN BE ALSO CAUSED OF THAT IS YUNG OVERLYING GUM PART ANG PUMIPIGIL SA PAGLABAS NG NGIPIN. THE DENTIST CAN HELP BY MAKING CUT ON THE SOFT TISSUE NA NAKAHARANG.

Thanks for the help.

ive notice that also. though right now. its starting to have its way out...

delayed eruption lng talaga.. i suspect yun gums nya naka harang kaya natagalan..... now im praying na di siya mag "sungki" since yun tooth na yun ang last na sa 4 to erup.

Salamat ulet.

well it depends kung saan naka locate ung clinic ng dentist mo and his/her reputation as an orthodontist. well prices range from 10k per arch, so thats 20k upper and lower. pero i know some coleagues who charges up to 150k.. well prices are not supposed to be discussed. pero you can always ask your dentist.

thanks for the information

do you know someone who charges between 20-30k?

as i've said, i dont have a family dentist kasi

Sabi ng dentista ko mapaparoot canal na daw ako. For now may temporary pasta ako sa ngipin na ipaparoot canal pero masakit daw yun... general anesthesia???

nope. its not that bad. im having a series of rct . i initially thought it was painful and its not.

pero sabi ng dentist ko, case to case basis naman sya. so meron hindi masakit talaga...

since my pain tolerance is a bit high, di na sya gumagamit ng anesthesia... i dont like the idea either because i dont really feel good with anesthesia. :)

Good day Docs! I have been operated for AP COendectomy(that's what i remember) because i have this hole on my upper jaw where some of the pus has been deposited. I was on Anesthesia and was awake all thorughout the operation. I asked my dentist to lend me a mirror so that i can see the process. Wow,it was hella BLOODY! I wasn't having a hard time while he is scraping my bones(i think) on the upper jaw. The Anesthesia injection hurts though. They drained all the pus and cleaned the hole with a betadine and then they closed the wound. After 2 months of operation i still notice that there is still this pus going out of my gums when i push my finger to the hole. My question is "WHAT CAUSED THIS?" and "CAN I GO BACK TO MY DENTIST FOR A BACKJOB WITHOUT PAYING ANYTHING?"

I'm not a dentist, but I will try to answer your concern as an ENT - Head & Neck Surgeon, you may have osteomyelitis

(Osteomyelitis is an acute or chronic inflammatory process of the bone and its structures secondary to infection with pyogenic organisms.) Osteomyelitis is a chronic condition and treatment is also difficult and long. Repeat Incision and curettage most be done,x-ray and oral or parenteral antibiotics must be given to eradicate the bacteria.... there is no such thing as BackJob in medical field just follow-up consultation and of course...you still have to pay consultation every visit.... hope i was able to help you in my own little way.... :mtc:

Guys, how much do braces usually cost? Do you have any recommendations? Finally, is there anything I should know before having braces?

it depends kung sino ortho mo..it can go as high as 100k. recommend ko iyong sa forbes park, san antonio plaza. magaling iyon pero quite expensive...i-assess nya muna if may kelangan tangalin na ngipin, etc.

hope i can get a good answer here.

yeas ago, i was too busy and too foolish to pay attention to one of my molars. the dentist back then only filled it with temporary "pasta" (filling).

of course, that (temp. filling) would eventually be wiped out. till it got out of hand, wherein a small hole became the size half my mollar. i decided to have it pulled out, but the dentist (not the previous one) suggested to save it. well, she repaired it,filled the half and i left.

problem was, i noticed that my tooth was still infected and still pus would go out everytime i popped the "fistulla" on my gum beside the tooth. took antibiotics for soft tissues here and so far, as i know, i dont see pus. although, it freaks me out since i feel several lymph nodes within my throat area. bringing toughts that i may have swallowed pus, or the infection caused this.

ive had this dilemma while i was still home in PHILS., but still paranoid up to now. scared of the big "c".

is it possible i could have cancer because of this? what would be the best remedy for this since the lymph nodes i have still exists.

so far, i dont feel any changes in my body, although it scares the s@%t out of me everytime i feel the area around my throat.

thanks guys.

im not a dentist..but just concerned bout the persistent lymph node.. lymph nodes acts as filters which drains lymph throughout the body...and for your case since its a molar the nodes draining that area are found submandibular..or sa lilalim mg panga...when we have in fections..the dead cells and bacteria are usually trapped in those nodes making them engorged...as the infection is resolved..the nodes usually then decreases in size and returns to the original non palpable state or nde nakakapa..if there is persistence of the nodes amidst succesfull treatment of the cause..regular follow ups should be done and any changes should be noted...there are instances wherein the nodes warrants biopsy studies to rule out any formation of abnormal cells..or lymphoma..the prognosis or outcome will subjected to further evaluation and workups for different treatment options...

thanks!

am a bit enlighthened by your post.

had my molar pulled out.finally.

still, my main cause of concern are the lymph nodes which havent really improved. was on antibiotics, no success. pulled the tooth out, still the same.

as you mentioned, i will try having it checked when i go back home s pinas. but i do hope, it wont require biopsy.

still scared s@%t. i hope there is better success ratio for this kind of health issue.

Could someone help me out here, please?

You see, everytime I brush my teeth, I see blood mized with my saliva,

which has been happening everyday for about 3 weeks now.

I regularly brush my teeth (3x per day), then I gargle with Hydrogen Peroxide equally diluted with water.

I floss once a day.

I'm quite afraid why is this happening.

Extra info: I'm a chain smoker but I don't know if this is the cause.
