knoll1234
yes. I will be a customer too, so I am always 100% right even if I know I missed something. Quote Link to comment
Vegasboy32
The customer is always right. It depends on certain situations. But here in the US they came up with a phrase "we have the right to refuse customers." Quote Link to comment
Sl@MDuNk_Mitsui14
Hmmm.. There was a Seminar that i attended regarding Customer Service and the speaker pointed this: Rule 1 : Customer is always rightRule 2 : If the customer is wrong proceed to rule # 1.  We always have to protect our business but our business comes with our customers.Sabi nga nila kung may 10 tayong customer and 9 sa kanila ok and yung isa naman may nagawa tayong mali that would cause a lot kasi yung isang customer na yun may kaibigan at yung kaibigan naman nun may kaibigan din so magiging domino effect yun at hindi lang isa ang nawala sa atin kundi marami pa.  Whoever conducted that seminar and made those rules is a TOTAL IDIOT! Nagpa-seminar pa, MALI naman ang itinuro. staringatdsun
They are not always right but only if your business can afford it.  And that is the THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH. Quote Link to comment
orionorion
Customer is always right when they do all the necessary things that the customer should do. else they are f#&king stupid Quote Link to comment
Kilabot 101
I don't believe that "The customer is always right." #1 rule ng customer service, pero certainly the customer always deserves some empathy. The other VERY important side sa discussion is the company itself. Did they take the proper time and effort to communicate terms and conditions and expectations. kng kulang sila sa ganyan, then siempre mahirapan sila. lots of times ang problema is unrealistic ang expectations ng customer, this is often times mali ng company. camus
Customer is always right. I believe in this. Your boss pays your salary, but it's the customer who pays your boss. Therefore your customer is above your boss. So long as it is within your authority and it's not against the rules, you should try your best to make the client happy. 1 Quote Link to comment
Mrkiss
Everything depends on the situation. In some instances, the customer is abusive of what they think is their right. Quote Link to comment
Queen Darkeinjel
let's be honest about it. we are all customers. have we ever admitted the fact that we are not always right? how many of us have at some point or another used this excuse to get what we want? especially when we pay good money for products, commodities, and services. yes, the customer is not always right. but you know what guys, proper wording, intonation, inflection, and a good attitude can always make it look like you're right even when you're complaining. jelly bean
of course not. The customer isn’t always right. But for a business to grow, you'd want to make them feel like they are.  customer service usually is the lifeblood of any business. Quote Link to comment
bozChips
as a consumer, the customer is always right, if not, he/she has the right to complaint, after all, its hard earned money we are paying for their advertised services that they are selling... Quote Link to comment
bozChips
try to visit USA if you have a US visa and you will learn what 100% customer satisfaction means to them... if no US visa, try to learn what a USA BPO account is doing here to provide said customer satisfaction above Quote Link to comment

Softroll001
Customer is King is rather apt for this. We should treat them with what we can offer and go the extra mile but when it's already abusive it's not part of our job anymore to entertain them. Quote Link to comment
