red60
My proposed laws: 2. Quote Link to comment
silvercross0816
how about a law that provides civil and penal punishments for people (usually managers or employers) who do not follow the employment contract ... the type that ruins careers Quote Link to comment
RkD
Here: If a candidate has lost in a recent national election, then he/she should not hold any high office in the government until the next national election Quote Link to comment

The money comes from the people so politicians must not "own" the project Quote Link to comment
cocoy0
Mahirap i-implement ito except for Martial Law. Pero Who will watch the watchmen? Quote Link to comment

drEVILmba
Complete a Philippine standard in terms the following and use it as basis for some projects to be done. Example:Magkano ba ang standard for constructing a single lane of road per 100 meters. There will be a factor added to the computation kung wala sa city. Quote Link to comment
display name
I want a law that will empower even the ordinary Filipino to AUDIT the earnings of any government official. And that this law will FORCE the Government Official to cooperate without delay. Quote Link to comment
display name
I also want a law that will empower even the ordinary Filipino to AUDIT the assets of any religious leader staying or practicing in the Philippines. And that the religious leader must be forced to cooperate without delay or stop preaching / practicing in the Philippines. The Auditor has the power to present or publish his findings before the public at his own cost. Quote Link to comment
display name
I want a law that LIMITS the amount of assets that can be earned by a FOREIGN NATIONAL or a FOREIGN NATIONAL who got married to a Philippine National. And that those properties that went BEYOND the limit be CONFISCATED and converted into cash for the construction of government schools and government medical facilities. Quote Link to comment

scam
The judiciary should never be an appointment of the president. The JBC shouldchoose the SC judges while the SC judges should choose for those RTC,municipal, CA, sandiganbayan etc...para truly separation of powers& influence. Quote Link to comment
PapaPopoy
I only want the laws to be strictly implemented. No IFs and NO BUTS!!! Quote Link to comment
Vegasboy32
Quote Link to comment
sandy51
I want a law that will empower even the ordinary Filipino to AUDIT the earnings of any government official. And that this law will FORCE the Government Official to cooperate without delay. In theory meyroon na nito - Code of Conduct for Government Employees (Section 5(e) RA 6715, Feb 20, 1989). Even without the Freedom of Information Bill, some things are possible, but if even with current laws wala din, what makes us think that everything will be solved by a FOI? Quote Link to comment
sandy51
Gaining from an experience at the Impreacment Trial, now is the time for the House members of the prosecution panel to propose an amendment to the laws on bank secrecy. Nevermind whether it passes or not. Nevermind that it will not affect the present Corona case. What is important is to show the sincerity in all this. So, when do you think will I see this proposal? camiar
That would be a sure-fire way of inhibiting business initiatives. That in essence what the communist regimes want to do, not just to foreign investments, but to their citizens' businesses as well. Look where they are now. Quote Link to comment
Vegasboy32
