What is Touch mobile? is the signal strength good to use in makati area?

To 888-168, I saw on your list the provider of the sim card is Touch Mobile, is the provider a good one?

Sorry, I'm an expat staying here in philippines, so I'm not so familiar with the phone provider here. Is the signal strength good for that provider? As I know some particular provider will not have a good signal in some particular area.

The providers that is good as I know are only Smart & Globe? Or am I wrong?
