It generally depends on your area. Some isp are good in a certain area and some are not. But in my location, stability wise and value for money is globe. I get what i am paying for. Sky is the worst, i tried applying for 3mbps plan and having an actual speed of less than 1mbps. I upgraded it to 8mbps but only having 4 mbps on actual. Called their customer support, they sent 7 agents and done nothing. They are just putting the blame on sky and telling me they cant do anything since they are just agents. Poor customer handling. Worst isp for me.

ISPs outsource contractors minsan ok minsan hindi. Had my PLDT connection fixed a few years ago the contractor disassembled the connections then sabi babalik within the day but didn't. buti na lang i somehow managed to put it back together para magamit ulit internet. When I forwarded my complaint to the CS "noted and will do prompt action" daw. s@%t service that time. A more recent instance was when I had my account upgraded mas mabilis naman nila dalhin dsl unit. Can't really say sometimes some employees are really shits at their jobs.

For consumer/residential

Sky

Converge ICT

Pero depende pa din sa lugar. Dito samen caloocan north maayos Globe Lines. Pero pag may Converge ICT sa inyo grab nyo na agad kasi nagkakaubusan ng line sila, means first come first serve sila.

For SMB and Corporate

PLDT Fiber - may direct line sila pag corporate line at 3 hours dapat naresolve na yun problem.

Converge ICT - may free public domain kasama para sa SMB user na nagsisimula oa lang.
