Pinalad akong makapunta sa mismong brewery ng San Miguel at natikman ko ang fresh brewed (not bottled yet) na Pale Pilsen -- yung tamang temperature ng lamig na reco ng master brewers -- straight from the stainless steel container. DorkVader Posted May 29 Share Posted May 29 Dami ko kilala na brew masters. One thing important I have learned. Shelf life ng beer. Bottled, three months lang. canned, under a year. Ang beer hindi derecho sa outlet from the brewery. 3 or 4 middlemen pa. Ang problema, yung mga contracted warehouse/jobber minamaximize yung laman ng storage. A lot of times naka expose sa sunlight or Niall ayan NA lang ng trapal, e di mas lalong kulob. Kaya pala laging lasang stale. Materials handling ng middleman ang sumisira sa beer natin.
