Sorry for late reply. Yung software kasi sa US kailangan complaint sa kung anu-ano, eg., seamlessly integrate sa ibang system, merong kasamang security, inaupgrade for new regulations, yung mga coding nakasama minsan for billing, then may mga requirements fir meaningful use ect., kaya obligado kumuha sa mga commercial.

Now kung gusto mo something puweding gamitin sa sariling practice sa Pilipinas, dahil wala namang regulations, sa ngayon mas mura custom made, at puwede pang matweak para sumunod sa mga gustong format or oreferred look ng mgagagamit. Yung mga siftware sa US very expensive to have and to use.
