CHUPAGHETTI is still the best pasta for me! Sarap to the bones!! Cream sauce? pomodoro in Figaro is good , spicy with good flavor. havent tried the pasta at L'opera and Carusso, food goals!!! (for authentic italian fare recognized by the italian embassy). I was surprised at how good the pastas are in Figaro. Where's L'opera and Carusso? Quote Link to comment

Talong talo rito.Their sauces curds. di ata cheese ginagamit.I can understand if you don't use the traditional ricotta, mozzarella, or parmesan.But you can substitute it w/ local cheeses.
