gyobags Posted May 14, 2010 Share Posted May 14, 2010 Heard from a friend that operates a couple of shawarma kiosks in the metro thatthey use the cheaper carabao meat instead of real beef, they marinate it so well that it would passas real beef.He said that it is a common practice among shawarma peddlers. no wonder some stalls can sell their shawarma so cheap...
