Kung super budget kayo, I've heard meron daw mga rooms as in room for rent for less than 1k a night.

Dont forget to eat at Sonia's Garden and Bag of Beans. Oh and masarap din magcasino dun!

Punta Fuego mejo malayo pa sa Tagaytay. You can go island hopping at malulula ka sa mga bahay. Look out for Ramos' mansion. Beachfront super ganda.

Been here recently and it was raining like you wouldn't believe. So our trip turned out to be a food trip as we stayed indoors in restaurants the whole time. Let me share what I think of the places we patronized.

For breakfast, we went to Mile Hi Cafe which serves American fare of which the original Baguio Mile Hi was known for. I had an Angus Beef Burger that wasn't too bad but definitely could've been better. The patty was big but really dry and the bread was small and lousy- it seemed to have been bought from the town panaderia. Plus the side of fries was old. Just wasn't in the mood to complain. The price was par for cafe types but I wouldn't want to pay this much for bad food again (burger- P220, refillable iced tea- P75 i think).

For lunch, we headed over to RSM for hot, piping bulalo to soothe the cold harsh rain. The bulalo was mediocre as was the rest of the meal (sisig, tuna belly, pork bbq and ensaladang mangga). The price was alright, slightly on the steep side. And the service was really slow. Wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

And finally, for after lunch coffee, we went to Starbucks. Heck, what's there to say about Starbucks that you already didn't know?

Went to Tagaytay a few months ago. For those who want a good value-for-money place to stay, try MC Mountain Home Apartelle located at Km. 68.9 Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway, Buck Estate, Alfonso, Cavite City. Did an ocular of Mijo and Keni Po, but decided to stay here. Very nice, clean rooms and mura pa. I think it was P1.7K to P1.8K lang for an overnight stay. May WiFi internet pa sa reception/lobby area. :thumbsupsmiley:

my shuttle ba papunta ng tagaytay or bus lng talaga?

maraming bus naman papunta dito. take the balayan or nasugbu na byahe or yung mendez na byahe. lahat yan

I've seen the rooms in T house, Discovery Country Suites and The Boutique Bed and Breakfast. I'm just wondering if there are other places in Tagaytay with the same amenities as these hotels. I'm looking for a special and romantic place to stay with my girlfriend, not just generic hotel type rooms.

dude....yan na yung mga best place to go.....yung iba ordinary na lang....mas ok dyan...may spa pa sila....mas romantic yung dating dyan....i suggest try nyo yung t house or the boutique.....ok lahat ng feedback dyan....peace!

What's the room's capacity for that P1.7k to P1.8k?
