sirs/ma'ams tanong ko lang po kung na dedetect sa regular blood tests and urinalysis (like the ones usually done sa mga company annual check ups.) ang mga STD/STIs or may mga specific types of blood tests and urinalysis na need i request to check kung infected ka .. thanks in advance po sa mga replies. :-)

 

Most big laboratories have VDRL and RPR, check for Hepatitis B profile as it is blood/fluid borne.

Hello po, kapag po ba ilang beses ka na nagpapa-hiv screening tapos negative ang result tapos hindi ka na nakipagcontact ligtas ka na po ba? O para po ba syang nakatago sa system mo tapos susulpot na lang in few years? Salamat!

hi po...i was diagnosed with ESRD...ask q lng po if un pananakit ng msucles q s paa at leeg ay dahil dun or symptom n to ng HIV positive.wala nmn aq lagnat pero sobrang skt ng ulo q kc though 3days p lng nmn.sana may makapaglinaw.

un skt po ng muscles eh parang pinupulikat...un hirap k tumayo...pati musclea s likod at balikat q maskit dn...prang nagalay.

Pagnagkita kayo punta kayong lab, padraw kayo ng blood for testing, VDRL, Hepatitis, HIV, HSV titers, paexamine mo siya for lesions, for warts, discharge, ulcers, Pap's, then hintay ka ng 6 months, kung yung repeat HIV ay negative, then you can tell na safe partner mo. Sorry if I miss anything.

Hindi ka pa ligtas pero kung yung second testing mo after 6 months ay negative, malamang ligtas ka na.

Depende sa cycle, as above, infection o minsan kailangan niyang maligo at magwash don.

Ang tsini check for HIV and STD's ay mga specific patients, kung di mo sasabihin na gusto mo mag pa check non, o wala kang risk factors for HIV, hindi ka i check. Unless yung hitsura mo at clinical picture eh suspicious for HIV/AIDS hindi yun i check. Ngayon kung sinabi mo na IV drug user ka, sex ka with multiple partners or prostitute, sex ka with known or suspected HIV patient, man to man sex, may STD ka, mag present ka ng unusual skin lesions, blood work or infection, saka ka pa lang ma test may symptom man o wala.
