Discipline on Lowering your Calorie intake (Fasting, Calorie Deficit Diet) Exercise to "Use" your Calorie intake, usually marami na ddisappoint kasi they exercise a lot but showing no to negligible results. You will need both, never do crash diet and exercise. Do it slowly para maka adjust yung katawan.
