Im planning to visit Cebu most probably by November... I am alone... lucky if i could bring a model w/ me...I'll be there to relax and take good shots of the places in Cebu... photography is my hobby... W/c accommodation do you guys think would be the cheapest, safest and most accessible to all the tourist destinations? Hopefully 1500/night charge is my budget... since i know that this is the only country na bawal mag picture kahit saan basta naka DSLR ka, does it also apply in Cebu or since this is a tourist destination mejo maluwag sila?

Other things to consider is health plan. But since you are naturalized citizen of other country you can always avail to your adapted country's medicare system as long as you pay your health insurance.
