From your assumption, then I guess the majority of students who can avail the free tuition from SUCs belong to the middle class and the super rich (taipans). So how can students (coming from poor and indigent families) with just average intellect get their college education?

honestly we all know that there's a huge percentage of the student population who aren't all that serious with their studies. it's simply stupid to allot already scarce government funds to subsidize education costs for these students. poverty is a challenge but it doesn't necessarily mean ignorance or just having average intellect. education is mostly hard work and consistency in studying rather than pure inherent intelligence. we've already seen a lot of rags to riches stories where some poor unknown beats the odds and eventually graduates and succeeds in life. education is indeed a right but only to a certain degree. like in other countries, free education is only until high school. anything other than that is a priviledge, and if you're not gifted financially then you do have to work for it. the reason why they instigated the senior highschool system is to address the poor's issue of education. they're extending highschool and equipping studings graduating from senior high with enough knowledge to enable them to hold their own as part of the formal workforce. generally companies should then accept these new graduates as qualified workers unlike before. a college diploma then would only be a plus or for specialized positions requiring such diploma.

  2. tagal ko ng gs2 kumain sa meat depot. kaso lowest 1k e :( sakit sa bulsa

aside from their highend wagyu cuts that go around 2k+, tbone or porterhouse at around 1k+ they do have other affordable cuts.

you can try their local steak cuts as it's much cheaper @ around P250 for the meat and +100 for the cooking fee w/ side but i really don't recommend it since by adding just a few bucks more you can at least get angus striploin which is their cheapest imported meat at around P350 up depending on size/weight.

their ab ribeye's are still the best bang for the buck for me though, not as expensive as the other cuts and way more juicier and flavorful than the striploin due to it's marbling

  3. If you love ice cream and are also sick and tired of Magnolia, Selecta and Nestle, then you should visit Gold Delight Ice Cream House at President's Avenue, Brgy. BF Homes (note: You don't need to enter BF Homes subdivision at all.)

Along Presidents Avenue, it is located across BPI and 7-Eleven. It is just steps away from the corner with Elizalde street.

They have unique flavors of ice cream such as their specialty Cocoflan (coconut ice cream with portions of leche flan). Their coffee crumble ice cream is so much better than that of Selecta's boring coffee crumble!

I brought my date from Starfleet there on a date and she loved their ice cream. Now she's wishing that a branch would open near where she works.

nice tip bro, will drop by and try out their ice cream. as for my reco, meat depot in bf pque just across tides, weekly staple ko ung steaks nila kc affordable and yummy

  5. Seeking expert advice, got my girlfriend pregnant, problem is she's still married though she's living independently from her husband, we don't want to abort the child since its against our values. I read that adultery cases are punishable with imprisonment. Also read that there's a clause that as long as we don't cohabit I shouldn't worry on spending time in jail. Is this true? Also another concern is what becomes of her since as far as what I have read, the law is very strict on women when it comes to this subject. Hope someone can enlighten me on this and provide guidance regarding the issue. Thanks.
