  1. Ritek, I know what you're driving at.. pero tingin ko OA yun pagkakapost talaga na sobrang pangit ng equipt sa Slimmer's.. hindi naman talaga tutuo yun. :rolleyes:

     

    yup I agree.. Paramount nga yung ok na equipment non kaso lang nga hindi na nila na upgrade pero ok na rin dahil may free weights naman and with dumbells up to 100lbs. mas mabigat pa nga stack ng paramount machines kaysa sa machines ng other gyms.

  2. Lahat naman ng gym may horror stories. Okey pa din ako sa Slimmers. Pinaka-practical for me. Ayoko magbayad ng masyadong mahal sa gym (dagdag mo na wala rin naman akong pambayad talaga). :rolleyes: :D Pero ha.. hindi naman ganun kasama yun facilities no.. OA naman yun ibang nabasa ko dito. :thumbsdownsmiley:

     

    na-cocompare kasi sa Gold's at FF yung equipment..pero dahil sa tagal ko ng member dito sulit na sulit na talaga... 10T lng ata binayad ko dito... Lifetime na. :)

  3. ang hirap mag diet e, tried it for a week kinakian ko lang is bioled breast chicken walang lasa kaya ko naman tiisisn ang lasa e, kaya lang lakas makapang hina di ko kayang mag buhat kasi nanghihina ako at ang lakas magpapayat, liliit nga tyan mo magiging payat ka naman.

     

    i want sana na diet na liliit ang tummy mo then mag gain ka ng muscle

     

     

    Hindi naman kailangan na walang lasa yung kinakain mo.. ok lang adobo o tinola esp kung wala ka naman sasalihan na competition. Tanggalin mo lang yung balat. Pwede ka rin mag beef and fish..

     

    Sa panghihina naman, kung low carb ang gagawin mong method na pangpapayat dapat may fat intake (flax, fish oil, olive oil, etc.) para dun kukunin energy mo kasi kung protein lang e manghihina ka talaga. Carbs na ok e kamote and brown rice... wag mo lang sasabay sa fats tsaka consume early in the day.

  4. Hirap talagang paliitin ang belly, kelangan talaga exercise and diet!

    Di pwedeng isa lang pipiliin mo dun!

     

     

    yun talaga ang combination pare... kailangan pareho. isa rin sa mapapayo ko e kailangan may matinding motivation kayo para mag paliit ng tyan. Results can be your best motivation! As you see the results, you will be more discipline in doing your workouts and diet.

     

    Tsaka hwag ka magmamadali sa pagpapaliit. Bigyan mo ng 2-3 months to see the results. A lot of guys get frustrated after a week of exercising and dieting and not seeing any results. ayon, balik sa tsibog!

  5. Watched Mr. Universe competition last nyt. A lot of Slimmer's world instructors joined the competition. One instructor forgot his name but I think he's from Greenhills... He won the Mr. Physique competition! Ripped na ripped! Tips naman dyan...
