  1. I read either a book or a magazine until my eyes get tired.  I also drink water to help me relax.  No TV.

     

    Sleep experts in the US suggest the following: (Some of these recommendations may work for you.  Pick and choose, you don't need to do all of them.)

    1.  Go to bed around the same time every night.

    2.  Don't do any work in bed.  Choose another part of your house to do work.

    3.  Leave the tv off.

    4.  Drink hot milk an hour before going to bed.  Avoid caffeine.

     

     

    Work out in the morning, min 1 hour . Gawin mo every other day. Wake up same time everyday regardless if you slept late.

  2. If you wanna be lean, try Alpha lipoic acid. 600 mg a day, 300 before breakfast then 300 before dinner. Mga 1 month mo subukan. Im in my 30's now and have been getting leaner by the week. People have noticed kasi naguugat na ako when di naman noon. Read about it first... I got the tip in let's live.

  3. chest press, pec dec, push ups can help

    There's no exercise that will help the breast maintain its form. Well, genetics na talaga yan. I remember being involved with this UP girl that was around 5'1 but just had the perfect rack and ass. Parang playboy model na pinay version nga lang. Well, she didnt exercise at all but just had the assets. Wala nga lang gaano personality and the face was very 'nene' looking.

     

    Didnt last long... takes more than that to hook a man.
