Upon waking up, I have a cold shower and im good as new.

When my migraines were really bad I was on prescription Avamigran but that kinda went away by itself.

  2. im sick and tired of my tank. laging nililinis. gusto ko nang tangalin pero buhay pa ang mga fish kawawa naman.

Pare I know this does not come cheap but ako I use a FLUVAL external Filtration system.

I have a 50 gallon tank with Imperial sized Goldfish and man, the tank keeps friggin clean.

Sparkling i should say. I have been into the hobby since 82 and i do not know why I only

thought of doing this now. Maybe since the lady who sold it was hot.

  3. san po exact location ng fersal inn?

From kalayaan, you turn a right and enter a kind of service road.

It will be right there to your right. Right before you reach Hap Chang.

    Or...

From the bridge (from mandaluyong), you go down to makati avenue.

You will see barrio fiesta to your right. Go straight until you reach north

park at the corner. Right after north park is another street where you

should turn right. Upon entering the street, you will see Hap Chang

to your left. follow the road down and you will soon see fersal inn

to your left just a lot or two away. the signage is in yellow.

I think 12 hours is close to or a little over a thousand. This is really

a tourist inn afterall, and it is perfect for people who arrive late since

they need not pay the whole 24 hours if they come late. Plus, I think

they really count the hours from entry regardless of entry time. So

coming in at 10pm allows you to sleep til 10am. No set check in time

at 12 or so like most big hotels.

You could check in or out, since they require you to register though I

don't recall having had to present an ID. So you could be with uhm,

a friend for the first 6 hours, and another friend for the next 6. hehehe.

    Very convenient.

    Hope that helps.

  4. No other steak house does it for me like Gulliver's of San Francisco. Try the Gulliver's Cut or Petite Cut, medium rare, never well done! All cuts are served with pudding and creamed corn. They also have the best clam chowder.

Check it out at Great Eastern Hotel along Makati Avenue (near the red-light district), and another branch of the same hotel in QC.

I prefer the (rib eye) steak at highlands steakhouse, but the roast prime rib (yep gulliver's cut here as well for me!) is

    one of the most tender.

If you chance upon Gaudis at the new Greebelt's cinema floor, the chuleton (steak) is great too. You get to cook them on a hot

plate in front of you and since they are cut into semi-medallions, you get your steak warm bite after bite. That part i love most.

  5. My unveiled sculpture in Fort Boni.

I am so glad to see this sculpture replace the one before it. Now dont get me

wrong. I have nothing against abstract art. But it pleases me to see pedestrians,

especially foreigners stop to admire sculptures such as these. Those along ayala

and makati avenue - of heroes from our past - have tourists reading the descriptions

at the foot of the statue.

    This is very refreshing indeed.

    Cheers Storm.

  6. Not quite sure I think its above 500 php Il confirm

It is less than a thousand. Almost a thou i think. Very reasonable. And the spread is decent.

Nice street view pa. Cept the beef is just not good enough. I think they use Aussie (or N.Zealand)

Beef instead of USDA grade or US beef or Angus which some other places use for their buffet.

So the marble on the beef is not as good. The spread is great by any measure but I am very

particular about the carving. Kasi the beef is chewey instead of tender.

Anyway, for less than a thou, i should not be complaining. It is way cheap nga naman. I should

be happy they even have Aussie Beef Carving at that price point. I understand they even have

a promo of 5 for the price of 4 if you use Citibank Gold (I recall) so we didnt have to pay for my

kid's yaya. My kid was free incidentally.

We like too that they had ice cream where you can mash m&ms and mallows and toppings into

your chosen flavor. That is fun.

It reminds me of a smaller version of Market cafe at the Hyatt Hotel and Casino.
