Not much really, depending on the oval, the quality of the surface off course will vary, kung medyo madamo yung oval it might work for those who are experiencing pain in their knees.

i am assuming that you are running IE6. this is a known bug sa browser na ito.

try to upgrade to IE7 or to Mozilla Firefox and inform us here if this solved your problem.
