I caught TMNT as well on opening day.

It's very dialogue-driven for an animated action flick; I can recall only a handful of action scenes that went on for longer than 10 seconds -- don't get me wrong, they were cool and all, but there didn't seem to be a ton of work put into making the actual fighting look cool. The choreography of the CG, if you will.

I liked that the dialogue felt natural, the characters' relationships were shown and developed, and how the characters felt spot-on: the reluctant by-the-book leader, the good-intentioned rebel, stoner surfer dude...

While the voice acting sometimes came off very hammy, it was very good all around -- the characters with accents actually had legitimate accents!

Though it is a short movie, it's a fun ride; being a TMNT fan myself I'm looking forward to a possible sequel.

I'd give it a 4/5.

Action Quake2 or an all-human game of BF1942.

English, no contest. I can't STAND hearing or reading grammatical errors, improperly used words, or even shitty intonation/pronunciation/diction -- if anyone here works at ETC/Jack TV, your voice talents SUCK BALLS, btw.

cueshe. bunch of worthless hacks that rip off melodies (and even some of their lyrics) from bands that actually have talent. i'd like to stab each of em in the throat and post a video of their deaths.
