whatever happened to kissing_bandit2's proofs? any update? im seriously into career shift from finance into IT and would love to earn Php2M a month or Php24M a year by learning SAP. What I will do is just work for 2 years then retire.

I don't agree with this statement... Oracle DBA's have a monthly salary of P40-60k tops! Huge if you are easy to satisfy

Try to apply at Lawson, Verizon, HP. Those companies pay good for network peeps, but be sure you are Cisco Certified, they give heavy priority on certifications kse.

All I know is DLSU-D's tuition is cheaper than UST's. And you say Lasallian education is expensive?

DLSU-D is not considered as one of the "top 3" that's why.

my assumptions are:

 

that you are receiving that salary on a monthly basis in a local company and paying that 200k tax.

minimum tax charge for a consultant is 10% otherwise if you are declared as

a regular employee the charge would be more that that rate, so meaning your receiving

a gross of 2M monthly?

 

a senior executive position in a consulting firm who offers services on SAP dont even received that amount. a sr. executive position in a multi natlt. company who implemented SAP don't also received that much so i don't really understand how did you arrived on that figure.

 

and if your really earning that 2M monthly bakit ka pumapatol sa 500k lang na pusta ko? any fellows who earn as much as that figure don't waste their time on this thread and such kind of argument. i'm sure alot of us in this forum would be interested to know how did you arrived on that figure.

I totally agree with you dude. I work for a leading ERP company (kalaban ng SAP) & we dont pay that MUCH sa mga consultants. PUCHA MAS MAHAL PA SAHOD NYA SA CEO NG P&G!!!!???

I know how the figures work here kse im doing the job offers for candidates & for me malaking KALOKOHAN SINASABI NYAN!!

question: i'm interested in taking up CCNA courses. are there good paying jobs waiting for CCNA's out there, aside from call centers? i have nothing against call centers, i'm in one right now. just want to shift into another industry and get a normal day job..

If you want a high paying work regarding Cisco then pursue a CCIE certification, quite expensive but the reward is great.

i am one of the lucky ones doing SAP consultancy... i love my job, not because of money but because of new challenges everyday...

 

advantage:

1 days work is > 1 month salary in RP (as an asst mgr in a multi-natl company)

 

disadvantage:

almost 200Kphp a month in taxes
