Novotel is good. Mura na sya sa ganda ng amenities. At ang breakfast buffet,winner din. From bread and pastries, beef, sirloin and fish, crackers and pizza, and all kinds of egg prep. Thumbs up.

With all due respect, Novotel Manila is not a budget hotel. Even Bill Gates will not call it a budget hotel. It is a 4-Star Hotel. And no one in the US or Europe will call a 4-star hotel as a budget hotel. It may be relatively cheap (4,500-9,000 pesos per day) compared to other hotels providing similar accommodation, but still it is a 4-star hotel. It is actually a bit more expensive than Marco Polo Davao which is a 5-star hotel, the only one in Mindanao. Although it has closed it operations due to covid effects.
