question lang po... i'm planning to get a loan to pag ibig housing. Just want to know if they will give the money directly to me or will they give it to the person that I am purchaising the house and lot to? even if it is not thru a commercial real state broker, i will be purchaing it on an individual between me and the owner anybody knows? pls advise TIA
