Always go to the classics like STAR CAFE o ROSE BOWL. One and only at least once kain kayo dun. Sayang nga wala na yung MANILA CAFE they serve the authentic baguio longganisa (sa palengke may na bibili dun its called DIPASUPIL LONGGANISA) - recado o hamonado always ask if its Baboy. Yung ibang mga restos doon meron na rin sa manila except these classic ones. also, CAFE BY THE RUINS, nagiisa lang ata to. Worth the trip di ba.

Colassa's BarBQue - its their manila branch. The original is at Davao. its near Dampa Timog. Sarap ng mainit na sabaw ng Bulalo nila sabayan mo pa ng inihaw na liempo.. Something to clog the arteries - kaya masarap eh

BEHROUZ - tama spelling ko??? best authentic (for me) shawarma. Cheaper than wilson and metrowalk branch and its the original during Club Dredd Timog days!!!!
