    our company is looking for an events coordinator who will be based in makati to manage the activities of the company within and outside of Metro Manila. Here's the job description:

     

    a)Coordinates with Procurement on requirement for CME events.

    b)Provide options to Procurement on possible venues.

    c)Schedule and conduct ocular inspection as appropriate with Sales & Marketing representative.

    d)Gather, collate, prepare, process and maintain complete files of pertinent documents and records to support meetings and CME events/ meetings

    e)Liaise with respective parties (i.e. Procurement, Sales & Marketing ) in order to ensure budget compliance in organizing CME events and meetings for proper and efficient administration of sourcing and canvassing of Procurement.

     

    a)Identify and ensure availability and prompt delivery of necessary requirements relating to events.

    b)Organize, coordinate, monitor and check for availability and proper set-up and installation of necessary resources, equipment and materials;

    c)Make and finalize booking arrangements, accommodation and other requirements for participants;

    d)Coordinate with respective parties as deemed necessary in order to provide support in ensuring prompt, proper and efficient delivery of logistical requirements for CME events and meetings in accordance with established guidelines, standards and procedures of the Company.

     

    a)Maintain complete file and ensure confidentiality and security of pertinent records and information;

    b)Prepare necessary reports, documents and communication as deemed necessary;

    c)Recommend and facilitate implementation of improvements and enhancements of relevant work processes

     

    We are looking for a college graduate of any 4 year course, very organized and has good interpersonal communication skills. Oh very good written and oral english is required.
