There are some sports bike that is around 150 cc. You can check the honda cbr 150 rr and also the kawasaki krr 150 which i think is a two stroker. both bikes costs around 150 k brand new. underbones are nice for daily commuting. honda xrm's fuel consumption is about 50 km/liter, suzuki raider 35-38 km/liter, yamaha x-1 (as claimed by yamaha) consumes 86 km/liter. just my opinion, stay away from china bikes.... their quality is not comparable to japanese bikes
