Try to look for a decent built bike (most of brands have their mid-tier built bikes ranging from 40-50k) then if you are comfortable,  then upgrade the parts to your riding preference. You will learn a lot by doing so. So every upgrades will give you the excitement to ride more and more

that's a tough one, although the length of time without sex is not that hard, but that is not the real issue you must talk to him.
