    Hi, I was involved in a car crash resulting to damage to my car and the car that bumped me. We never got resolved since the other driver (na aminadong may kasalanan) only wants to pay a fixed amount while I'm pushing to him to pay more (to make things clear, the amount I was asking was only 60% of the repair costs while he wanted to pay only about 30% of the repair costs). Sinabi nia din na sia na lang daw magpapagawa pero sa mekaniko nia. I humored him and went to his mechanic. But the mechanic wanted me to just accept the amount the other driver was offering. He said "Kaya yan gawin (sa amount na offered)". So sabi ko, e di gawin mo. Gusto naman ng mekaniko na iwan ko yung buong kotse for a week! Ayaw nia kalasin yung bumper dahil lalaki daw labor! Sabi ko hindi pwede dahil ginagamit ko ang sasakyan. Bandang huli, sinabi sa kin ng mekaniko, kasuhan ko na lang. I asked the other driver ulit and he still wont budge. So I asked him to return with me sa police but he refused na sumama na. And said, kasuhan mo na lang ako. So I did. Pagdating ng hearing (hindi dumating yung other driver) the state prosecutor asked me to file a supplementary affidavit/statement kasi parang kulang daw yung nakalagay sa statement ko.

     

    Question:

    1. What will happen to this case if it goes on?

    2. Bakit parang ang dating sa kin ng mga pulis at prosecutor eh parang gusto nilang kalimutan ko na lang angnangyari?

    3. What will happen if no appearance pa din yung other driver sa mga susunod?

    4. May pag-asa ba ko manalo knowing na parang gusto ng prosecutor na bitawan ko na lang?

    5. Anong mangyayari pag nanalo ako upon resolution?

     

    Request for help/advice:

    1. Baka naman po mayroong may format ng supplementary affidavit/statement po jan na pwede kong masundan ang format...

    2. Any other advice?

    Totoo yung sa Gerry's Grill... tho di ko alam kung mag roll over sia up to Nov... went there and confirmed it... it starts at 2-3pm until closing... any branch nga pala ito... pero depende ito kung may promo sila that night na iba... pag meron, yun ang masusunod muna like nung Oktoberfest night sa timog, 25Php ang beer nila instead of yung beer all you can nila...

    di talaga maganda sa Rapide... dati akala ko ok dito at dito ako nagpapagawa pero amf! todo jacked ang prices nila pati na rin sa parts na ni recommend nila... yung fan belt na pinalitan nila daw which I paid almost a thousand for, ala pang 4 mos. napatid na agad... tpos andami pa nila gusto palitan sa kotse ko dahil malapit na daw masira, delikado na daw.... binigyan ako ng estimate na almost 20k para sa radiator at timing belt (as in yung belt lng ha..)... ngeks! di na lng... sa iba na ko nagpagawa....

    Well... one time nagkwento yung janitor namin sa kin kasi mejo ka vibes ko mga jani's and guards sa work.. henewey, one time uminom sia mag-isa sa isa sa mga clubs sa cubao... and then there was this lady na umaaligid sa kanya which he thought was a mama san... and then kinausap sia then nag ask kung gusto nia pabili ng mangga or mani sa labas... sabi nung jani namin, "pwede ba un?". sabi nung babae pwede daw so sige, kaso 500 lang ang pera nia na pambayad na din nia ng beer na na order nia, pero binigay nia dahil alam nia na ibabalik ang sukli nia... wrong! di na bumalik yung babae at nang itanong sa waiter di din kilala kaya ayun, ala tuloy sia pambayad dun sa mga nainom nia... he ended up pawning his watch sa may ari ng bar until makabalik sia kinabukasan to pay for his drinks....

     

    I know, i know, mejo katangahan yun sa part nung jani namin, pero I'm sharing this para malaman ng iba na di nakakaalam and for others to know na nangyayari ito sa pali-paligid at laging tandaan, lalo na kung nag iisa, wag basta basta magtiwala sa ibang tao... and just because you see someone inside a bar, dont assume agad na dun sia nag work... better to ask than to be sorry...

    The hardest thing to say for me and i think for most people also... is the word I'm sorry... granted I love you is hard to say just to anyone but it comes easy if youre saying it to theperson you love di ba? While Im sorry is hard to say to anyone coz saying Im sorry means you admit that you were wrong.. and that you are never gonna do it again... remember the saying Im sorry means never having to sorry again? Thats why Im sorry is harder to say than I love you...

    Mga bosing,

     

    meron akong laptop na medyo naghihingalo pag naka-battery power na siya. luma kasi. armada na p3 e500 lang po. siguro mga 30 miniutes lang, kusang mamamatay yung laptop.

     

    san ba makabili ng replacement battery nito? yung affordable naman.

     

    tapos, di ko alam kung OT itong tanong, pero eto na rin:

     

    may mga alam ba kayong coffeeshops or places sa ortigas, cubao at makati na pwede maki-saksak sa electrical outlet nila para makapag-trabaho, habang nagkakape or kumakain?

     

     

    hmmm dunno sa iba pero ang coffee bean sa makati sa may GB3 allows you to use their electircal outlets... kasi once nag kape kami run and w were watching a video from a video cam a friend brought with him... e kaso, mga 10 minutes into the video namatay dahil low batt. swerte naman at naka-pwesto kami malapit sa outlet, we just asked kung pwede and they said it was ok... so we watched the video as the video cam was plugged in for power.... we were plugged in for 30 mins... and it was ok... Coffee Bean is cool!

     

    Para di OT: sorry dude, dunno kung san makakabili ng battery pack para sa laptop mo eh...

     

    Advice na din for net surfers who are paranoid about viruses and spyware... you can check out sandboxie or vmware player... both of this software shields your actual system from harm... sandboxie just acts as a shield while vmplayer actually lets you have a virtual pc on your physical pc. You can visit their site for pre-packaged OS's pero word of advice, if you want windows OS para sa VM nio, you might have licensing issues ha... better to get the pre-cooked Linux OS with the Firefox browser....

    hmm... whats the diference between using a gayuma and raping a person?

     

    hmmmm good question... physically i think magkaiba sya and legally alang stand unless ma prove mo na ginayuma ka pero im not sure that will stand much in court... kasi gayuma eh... so ibig sabihin pumayag or napapayag ka... unless yung ginamit na gayuma ay kilalang drug na pinagbabawal... pero emotionally, mukang pareho din sila kasi you were used without your conscious or willing consent di ba?

     

    Para di OT:

     

    Sabi ng iba totoo and sabi din ng iba hindi... may pinsan ako na meron nun eh pero orasyon yun na nasa latin... pero sabi nila may side effect daw na karma ang paggamit nun... i guess what comes around, goes around...
