Kung ganun ang kaso, kakailanganin mo talagang humarap sa korte para ipaglaban ang karapatan mo sa bata (patutunayan mo na mas karapat-dapat ka sa bata kesa sa kanya).

 

kumuha ka ng kopya ng Petition sa hukuman kung saan ito nakasampa. pagkatapos, dalhin mo ito sa abugado para mabigyan ka ng maayos na payo.

mas iportanteng mapawalng bisa ang kasal ko sa kanya, it doesnt matter kung totoo o hindi ang sinasabi dun sa petition na nareceive ko...it doesnt state naman dun sa petition na he is claiming the custody of my son, so i guess??pabayaan ko lang s everything ends well..

pero ganun ba talga yun sir? i was accused i have the deficiency that was stipulated even i did'nt undergo that psych test?
