    Need your opinion guys and gals. Not sure if this is the proper thread but I think this is the closest.

     

    Anyway, I have this office team mate that I really like. We've been team mates for about 4 years now. At first, i'm not really attracted to her, normal team mate lang, until about a year ago when the both of us took a training outside the company for a week. Dun lang talaga kami nagkausap and nakapagbond ng matagal. Dun ko na sya na-notice, and nagkaroon ako ng interest. Nagkaroon ng "spark" nung time na yun. After the training, mas naging close na kami. Mas madalas na kaming naguusap either work related or personal. Parang yung quote ni Atticus: "Have you ever met a person who at first glance you’re not attracted to. But then you talk and with every word, every smile, every laugh, they become more beautiful until you can’t believe there was a moment you didn’t think they were." Then nadevelop na yung feelings ko sa kanya. Nadevelop nang nadevelop until ang hirap na for me kasi hindi ko masabi sa kanya. Based on my observation kasi, mukhang hindi ako papasa. First, ayaw daw nya magkaroon ng relationship with a team mate. Then base sa mga nakikita kong mga type of guy nya physically, hindi ako yung ganun type (i'm not an attractive person). I'm also 5 years older than her. I'm not religious (agnostic atheist). Kaya natatakot akong umamin. There's a risk din kasi of losing a very good friend if things don't end well pag umamin ako. She's somewhat popular sa office and I know madami syang admirers. Pero so far wala naman daw nanliligaw sa kanya. Nagoover analyze na talaga ako everyday kung ano ba ang gagawin ko. Gusto ko na lang talaga sanang sabihin para matapos na and tanggapin kung ano man ang magiging consequence but i'm really terrified to say it to her. At this point, I really don't know what to do.
