  1. i heard about this site from my friend. he was the one who wanted me to create an account here. it took me months before i actually did visit the site. from then on i'm here everytime i'm online! :) very informative site.. so much to learn.. my life would hav been better if i joined earlier! haha.. :mtc:

  2. for postpaid subscribers, globe offers a free cell phone for new subscribers then lock up for 24 months. after the 24 months, they'll offer a new cell phone for you to keep your account for another 24 months if your a high user. tendency is if your not among the high users, you end your contract and avail of a new line to get a free phone. with smart, they'll offer you a new unit after the 24 months lock up regardless of your usage. and also during promos, a frend of mine got his new unit for free only after 18 months. even if most of my friends use globe, i switchd to smart..

  3. when i was starting weight training, i used celltech from muscletech. stacked it up with optimum whey protein. i gained a few pounds only and was not able to maximize the suplements full potential with the program i was in at that time. proper training (weight, sets, reps, rest, form, cycling) is what people should really focus on and not just depend on the suplements that they're taking.. :D

  4. for me i use hydroxycut!!! effective naman sakin lalo with a 3 times a week gym (cardio, weight traning).i lost 25 pounds in 3  months  :mtc:  :mtc:

     

     

    i intend to use hydroxycut also to decrease the body fat around my core area. which among those available in the market are you using? the low-carb, cafeine free, or the first hydroxy that came out? you lost around 8.33 lbs per month with cardio and weight training three times a week plus the fat burner alone? with diet? thanks.. :)
