I think that the Manila Ice and Marco Bolo that they are reffering to are the names of the combinations that they are trying to practice. Wala din yang pinag kaiba sa basketball were the point guard signs or shout the play that they want to do. Binigyan lang nila ng name yun and I think there is nothing wrong about it.
